I am thoroughly enjoying my course with TCA. I was nervous that maybe I was taking on too much but with the help of the tutors and students I am on my second course and have completed my 10th assignment. The course is straightforward and easy to follow. I love the way the tutors give constructive criticism, but they never ake you feel stupid or incapable, they encourage you all the way and when they praise you when you get it right it encourages you to open your module and give it your best. I chose Career Academy because I could do the course in my own time and in my own home which made it easy for me to continue looking after my family commitments etc. Not really – just thanks for all the encouraging comments I have received from all the tutors throughout the Diploma at the end of each assignment. I think without the positive feedback I would have lost motivation a long time ago. I think some of the earlier courses were full of grammatical errors which was off-putting for me but recent content has been much improved. While this is an online course, I did feel quite isolated and thought that maybe a phone call part way into the Diploma, just to see how I was going, would have been a nice touch. Other than that, I have enjoyed my experience.
